Role Description The Location Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing branch operations and business growth in the assigned territory. This role involves managing daily sales activities, driving loan disbursement targets, and ensuring portfolio quality across vehicle and housing finance products. The Location Business Manager will lead and mentor a local team, coordinate with credit, collections, and back-office functions, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also involves implementing process improvements, promoting digital platforms, and delivering a high standard of customer service to support sustainable growth for the location.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales management, business development, and territory planning.
- Experience in branch operations, portfolio management, and credit & collections oversight.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, partners, and customers, with solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Team leadership capabilities, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Comfort with digital tools, basic data analysis, and reporting for tracking business performance.
- Prior experience in financial services, vehicle finance, or housing finance is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Ghaziabad.
