About Neximm Immigration-
Neximm Immigration helps individuals explore opportunities related to international education, work, immigration, permanent residency, and travel.
As our marketing activities generate enquiries across multiple platforms, we are looking for an Immigration Client Acquisition Executive / Intern to be a key first point of contact for prospective clients reaching out to Neximm.
About the Role-
This is a client-facing, inbound lead-handling, and client-acquisition role.
You will receive enquiries generated through Neximm's marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, digital advertising, websites, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Your responsibility will be to speak with prospective clients, understand their requirements, handle their initial queries, qualify relevant enquiries, provide appropriate preliminary information, and connect suitable prospects with the relevant counsellor or immigration professional for further consultation.
The role is particularly suitable for freshers and interns with strong communication skills, curiosity, confidence, and a genuine willingness to learn.
You do not need to know everything about immigration when you join. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, communicate responsibly, listen carefully, understand client requirements, and improve through training and feedback.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Handle Inbound Enquiries
- Receive and professionally handle calls from prospective clients generated through Neximm's marketing campaigns.
- Respond to enquiries received through designated channels, including calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, social media, and other platforms.
- Respond to new enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand the purpose of the enquiry and the prospect's initial requirements.
2. Understand & Qualify Prospective Clients
- Ask relevant preliminary questions to understand the prospect's goals, background, destination preference, and area of interest.
- Identify whether the enquiry relates to areas such as:
- Study Abroad & Student Visas
- University & College Admissions
- Permanent Residency (PR)
- Work Permits
- Visitor Visas
- Other Visa & Immigration Services
- Collect and accurately record relevant information provided by the prospect.
- Identify suitable enquiries that should be moved forward for professional consultation.
3. Initial Client Communication
- Explain Neximm's services and consultation process clearly and professionally.
- Provide general and company-approved information relevant to the prospect's enquiry.
- Build a positive first impression and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Address basic questions and concerns within the scope of the information and training provided by Neximm.
- Escalate complex, case-specific, or technical immigration questions to the appropriate counsellor or immigration professional.
- Never make guarantees or unsupported claims regarding visa approval, immigration outcomes, eligibility, processing times, or other case-specific matters.
4. Consultation Coordination
- Explain when a detailed consultation may be required based on the prospect's circumstances.
- Schedule consultations with the appropriate counsellor or immigration professional.
- Confirm appointments and provide prospective clients with relevant information regarding the next steps.
- Follow up with interested prospects where required.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal team to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry to consultation.
5. Lead & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversations, lead details, follow-ups, appointments, and outcomes.
- Update the CRM or designated lead-management system regularly.
- Ensure that no assigned enquiry is unnecessarily left unattended.
- Maintain organized follow-up records and communicate relevant updates to the concerned team.
6. Continuous Learning
- Learn about Neximm's services, destinations, processes, and internal client-handling procedures.
- Participate in training and knowledge-building sessions.
- Stay updated on information and resources provided by the company for handling prospective-client enquiries.
- Actively seek feedback and continuously improve communication, product knowledge, and client-handling skills.
- Share recurring client questions, concerns, and feedback with the team to help improve the enquiry-handling process.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and Interns are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in immigration, study abroad, customer support, telecalling, counselling, sales, or client servicing will be an advantage, but experience is not mandatory.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate-

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine willingness to learn.
- Curiosity and a strong learning mindset.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of additional Indian or regional languages will be an advantage.
Relevant Educational / Professional Background-
However, a specific educational background is not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn are equally important.
What We Are Looking For-
We are looking for someone who can turn a marketing-generated enquiry into a meaningful conversation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with new people and should know how to:
Listen → Understand → Ask → Assist → Qualify → Connect
You should not be afraid to pick up the phone, speak with prospective clients, ask questions, or learn something new.
You should also understand that people contacting Neximm may be making significant decisions about their education, career, work, travel, or future abroad. Every interaction therefore needs to be handled with professionalism, patience, accuracy, and respect.
You don't need to arrive as an immigration expert.
You need to arrive ready to learn.
Important Note-

The Executive/Intern is not expected to independently provide professional or case-specific immigration advice. Where a prospect requires detailed assessment, legal interpretation, or case-specific guidance, the enquiry should be appropriately referred to the relevant counsellor or qualified immigration professional within Neximm.
All communication must follow Neximm's approved processes and information.
Why Join Neximm?
If you are looking for an opportunity where you can speak with people, learn about international opportunities, develop professional communication skills, and build a career in the immigration and international education industry, this role can be a strong starting point.
At Neximm, we value people who are curious, communicative, responsible, and willing to learn.
You don't need to have all the answers on Day One.
Bring your communication skills. Bring your curiosity. Bring your willingness to learn. We'll help you build the rest.
