💰 Salary: ₹3–5 LPA
🎯 Experience: 1–6 Years
📅 Working Days: Tuesday–Sunday
🗓️ Weekly Off: Monday
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the RoleWe are looking for confident, target-driven sales professionals to join our real estate sales team.
What You’ll Do- Generate leads through cold calling & digital leads
- Schedule client meetings & property site visits
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable projects
- Follow up with prospects and drive sales closures
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly calling, site visit & sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and sales records
What We’re Looking For- Graduate with good communication skills
- Confident, presentable & persuasive
- Comfortable with cold calling and field/site visits
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Good negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
