🎯 The Role
You’ll be the link between our clients and our teams. You keep clients informed, answer their queries and make sure their journey with us is smooth, from booking to handover and beyond.
📋 What You’ll Do
🔹 Be the first point of contact for our clients
🔹 Build long-term relationships with the clients
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams
🔹 Follow up on payments, paperwork and agreements
🔹 Handle flat modification requests and site visits
🔹 Maintain client records in our CRM and prepare reports
👤 Who We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years in client relationship management, customer relations or real estate
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
✅ Clear, polite and professional communication
✅ Comfortable with CRM software and digital tools
✅ Good understanding of the Goa real estate market
✅ Organised, self-motivated and great at follow-ups
