About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales for GoVivace's AI and conversational AI solutions across India and the Middle East.
The person will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, managing follow-ups and progressing opportunities toward closure.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. The person will be expected to actively generate opportunities rather than depend primarily on inbound leads.
The ideal candidate will already have experience selling B2B products or services and should be comfortable selling to business decision-makers. Experience selling technology, SaaS, cloud, telecom, CRM, contact-center or other enterprise solutions will be particularly relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential enterprise customers across India and the Middle East.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts and prospects.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Generate opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals and other channels.
- Develop targeted outreach based on the prospect's industry, business and potential use cases.
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Calls & Qualification
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Identify customer pain points, existing processes and potential opportunities for AI automation.
- Qualify leads based on business need, decision-making authority, budget, timeline and opportunity potential.
- Determine whether GoVivace's solutions are relevant to the prospect.
- Clearly communicate the business value and technical capabilities of the solution.
- Engage with both business and technical stakeholders during the sales process.
- Coordinate with GoVivace's technical/product team when deeper technical discussions, integrations or PoCs are required.
- Convert qualified prospects into meaningful sales opportunities and product demonstrations.
Opportunity Management & Conversion
- Own qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospects.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals in coordination with the team.
- Address customer questions and objections.
- Coordinate internally to move opportunities forward.
- Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Work toward converting qualified opportunities into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate opportunity status, next steps and expected closure dates in the CRM.
Market Development
- Identify industries, customer segments and geographies where GoVivace's solutions have strong potential.
- Research market trends, customer requirements and competing solutions.
- Identify opportunities for GoVivace in India and the Middle East.
- Develop relationships with potential technology, implementation and channel partners where relevant.

- Experience conducting sales calls and customer meetings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a relevant solution.
