About Vigoure
Vigoure MMA & Fitness is not your typical gym. We are a movement built around discipline, grit, and the pursuit of personal excellence. Founded in Bangalore, Vigoure brings together professional fighters, world-class coaches, and everyday people who want to push beyond their limits, physically and mentally. Our training combines Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA with elite-level conditioning to build strength, confidence and resilience.
But beyond fitness, Vigoure is about people. It's about creating a space where members feel welcomed, supported and challenged every single day. A place where strangers become training partners and members become a community.
Working at Vigoure means becoming part of a fast-growing brand where every interaction has the power to change someone's day. If you enjoy meeting people, understanding them, building relationships and helping people take the right next step, you'll feel right at home.
Role Description
As an Inside Sales Executive – Memberships, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the enquiries generated across Vigoure's centres.
You will be one of the first points of contact between Vigoure and a prospective member. Your role is to speak to people, understand their goals, concerns and what they are looking for, and guide them towards the right path.
This isn't about simply making calls or following a script. It is about having genuine conversations, understanding people and helping them make the decision to take action.
You will introduce prospective members to Vigoure, explain how our training can fit their goals, answer their questions, address their concerns and provide the motivation and confidence they need to take the next step — ideally by visiting one of our centres.
You will be responsible for following up with leads consistently, building relationships over multiple conversations where required, and ensuring that every genuine enquiry receives the attention it deserves.
The role requires someone who can listen well, understand people quickly, guide them thoughtfully and create a strong first impression of the Vigoure brand.
You will also maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and work towards clear targets around lead engagement, centre visits and conversions.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with excellent people skills who genuinely enjoys interacting with and helping others.
You'll do well in this role if you:
- Are naturally good at understanding people and building rapport.
- Can listen carefully and understand what someone actually needs.
- Know how to guide people towards the right decision without being pushy.
- Are confident having meaningful conversations with people from different backgrounds.
- Can motivate someone who may be hesitant, unsure or lacking confidence.
- Are empathetic while still being able to drive conversations towards action.
- Have strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Are patient and persistent with follow-ups.
- Take ownership of every lead and ensure genuine enquiries don't fall through the cracks.
- Are organised and disciplined with CRM and lead management.
- Are target-driven and enjoy working towards measurable outcomes.
- Bring positive energy and represent the Vigoure brand professionally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead management, customer engagement, counselling or a similar people-facing role.
- Experience handling inbound enquiries and guiding prospects towards a next step such as a visit, appointment, consultation or purchase.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening, relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and WhatsApp.
- Experience working with targets and measurable KPIs.
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer applications.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, education, healthcare, real estate or other consumer-facing businesses is preferred.
- Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (with weekly offs as per schedule).
Important: This is a people-focused, consultative sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding people, guiding them, motivating them and helping them take action — not someone looking only for a routine calling or administrative role.
Why join Vigoure?
- Be part of one of Bangalore's fastest-growing MMA & Fitness brands.
- Work in an energetic, ambitious and community-driven environment.
- Be one of the first people to introduce prospective members to the Vigoure experience.
- Help people take the first step towards becoming fitter, stronger and more confident.
- Gain hands-on exposure to sales, customer experience and business growth.
- Clear opportunities for career progression into senior sales and leadership roles.
- Attractive fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
- Complimentary Vigoure membership and access to training.
Compensation
Salary: ₹35,000 per month onwards + attractive performance incentives.
- Compensation will be based on relevant experience, communication skills, attitude and overall fit for the role.
