Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
- Visit hotels, hospitals, industries, institutes, guest houses, and corporate clients.
- Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and referrals.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
- Handle customer communication professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.
- Knowledge of CRM and IndiaMART is preferred.
- Valid Driving Licence & own two-wheeler (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
