- yB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline
- .Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the chemical industry
- .Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern India
- .Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Eastern India
- .Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- .Promote and sell the company's range of industrial chemicals
- .Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections
- .Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- .Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
- .Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- .Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
.Required Skill
- sStrong technical understanding of industrial chemicals
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- .Sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- .Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- .Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- .Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings and business development activities
