We're looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant Nynii services.
- Convert leads into bookings and drive first transactions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with customers, societies, and local communities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
🧠 What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers.
- Target-oriented and confident in closing conversations.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
