🚨 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential clients and businesses to generate new sales opportunities
• Identify and approach prospective customers in assigned areas
• Explain our products and services clearly to potential clients
• Conduct face to face meetings and sales presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market research
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular updates of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
🔹 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Business Development preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of the local market and ability to travel for client meetings
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
