* *B.Com / BBA*
* *B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Food Technology / Food Science*
* Food Technologist
* Equivalent qualification in a relevant field
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through *cold calling and customer follow-ups*.
* Handle customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and other online platforms.
* Visit existing and potential customers for business development.
* Handle customers from *beverage, bakery and ice cream industries*.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
* Identify and understand customer problems related to *flavors, beverages, bakery products and ice cream applications*.
* Coordinate with the technical/R&D team to help solve customer application and product-related problems.
* Conduct customer visits, product discussions and sample trials when required.
* Collect customer feedback and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.
* Explain company products and solutions to customers.
* Coordinate with the back-office, technical and production teams for quotations, samples and orders.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
* Maintain customer visit and sales records.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
### Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* *Problem-solving and customer-handling ability.*
* Interest in the *food, beverage and flavor industry*.
* Willingness to travel for customer visits.
* Positive attitude and confidence in dealing with customers.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
* Freshers with a strong interest in *sales, food technology and business development* are encouraged to apply.

* *Working Hours:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* *Field Work:* Yes – customer visits and business development
* *Salary:* ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
* *Job Type:* Full-time
