Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in West Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting property options to potential customers, and negotiating deals. They will also assist clients in understanding the real estate process, ensure proper documentation, and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with market trends and actively contributing to meeting sales targets and must have good knowledge about projects in West Pune Region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any Specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships, networking, and effective presentations.
- Sales and negotiation expertise, along with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools and software related to real estate management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
