Role Description
Inquiry & Quotation Coordination
- Receive and record customer inquiries
- Coordinate with sales and design team for quotation preparation
- Ensure timely submission of quotations
- Maintain quotation records and follow-up status
Follow-Up & Client Coordination
- Follow up with clients for quotation status
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Update Marketing Manager on client feedback
- Support negotiation process
Sales Coordination & Tracking
- Maintain inquiry and order tracking sheets
- Monitor sales pipeline and update status
- Track order progress from confirmation to dispatch
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports
- Maintain CRM or Excel database
