Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, visiting industries, and generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to visit industrial areas, manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, and construction companies to identify customers requiring cranes, hoists, goods lifts, or material handling equipment and bring qualified inquiries to our sales team.
This is a field-oriented role focused on business development and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit industrial estates, factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, and engineering companies regularly.
- Identify businesses that require EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, JIB Cranes, Wire Rope Hoists, Goods Lifts, or related material handling equipment.
- Generate quality inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet plant heads, maintenance managers, purchase managers, and factory owners.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming industrial projects.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical team for quotations and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily visit reports and inquiry records.
- Achieve monthly inquiry generation and sales targets.
- Represent MP Crane India professionally during client meetings and exhibitions whenever required.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Field Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Engineering Products, or Capital Equipment Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting new clients and generating business.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and other states as required.
