🚨 WE’RE HIRING | TELECALLER & SALES EXECUTIVE
Galaxy Display Racks is looking for a Telecaller & Sales Executive to join their team.
📍 Location: 1st Floor, Sattar Colony Opposite to gate no.97, Digha Patna 80001 Bihar
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
What you’ll do:
• Attend incoming customer calls
• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads
• Understand customer requirements
• Share product catalogues on WhatsApp
• Follow up with interested customers
• Prepare/coordinate quotations
• Take customer orders
• Maintain proper lead follow-up records
• Coordinate with the sales team for order closure
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Hindi + basic English
✔️ Confident on phone calls
✔️ Comfortable with WhatsApp & basic computer work
✔️ Sales/telecalling experience preferred
✔️ Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills
