Travel Sales Consultant

About The Role
Dream Travel Yaari is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team in NIT, Faridabad.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience in the travel industry and are currently based in Faridabad or Delhi, with a strong understanding of travel sales, customer handling, and travel products.
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, capable of converting travel inquiries into bookings, and motivated by achieving sales targets and earning performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle domestic and international travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel packages based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners for bookings and confirmations.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, packages, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth experience throughout the booking process.
- Handle customer queries and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and operations team to achieve organizational targets.
Candidate Requirements :
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the travel industry.
- Candidates should be currently based in Faridabad or Delhi.
- Candidates from other locations will not be preferred for this position.
- Experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tour packages, flight sales, hotel bookings, or travel consultancy will be preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and/or international travel destinations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools and basic computer operations.
Compensation & Incentives :
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹60,000 per month, based on individual sales performance and target achievement.
