Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Trimark Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their automation and machine vision needs, present technical solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, collaborating with engineering teams to design solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to technical questions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to sales targets and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution design and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Candidates should possess Solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle, build relationships, and support client needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot issues, assist with implementation, and provide ongoing customer guidance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field) are preferred.
- Experience with automation, machine vision systems, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
