Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in the Sales Division located in Rajnagar. The role involves engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Daily tasks include explaining product features, preparing basic sales documentation, processing orders, and coordinating with service staff for after-sales support. The team member is expected to maintain store presentation standards, handle inquiries and concerns professionally, and follow up with customers to support repeat business. The role also includes learning and applying sales techniques, participating in training on products and services, and contributing to sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, support sales goals, and manage basic sales processes.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product features quickly and share accurate information with customers.
- Basic numerical and computer literacy, including handling billing, simple records, and use of point-of-sale systems, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in retail or field sales is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajnagar, manage time effectively, and maintain a customer-focused, professional attitude is required.
