Job details:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cookware or small appliance coating industry; candidates with team management experience are preferred.
- Responsible for managing market operations and customer relations for Lici’s domestic marketing department across regions including East China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai), South China, and Fujian.
- Execute and achieve the company’s annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular client visits, accurately understand customer needs, and maintain smooth, ongoing communication.
- Monitor market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, collect and analyze information, and provide regular feedback to the company.
- Ensure contracts are properly executed, follow up on payments in a timely manner, and prevent transactional risks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
