Join us in disrupting the global e-commerce AI analytics space. As one of our early team members, you will work closely with the founders, design and build high-impact applications, and achieve rapid career growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across e-commerce and quick commerce brands
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls with clear, personalised messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, use case, and buying intent
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling outreach and conversations
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and growth goals
- Book high-quality demos/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach playbooks
- Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on response and conversion data
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest and passion for the e-commerce and quick commerce space
- Ability to quickly understand business problems and articulate them clearly
- Skill in translating pain points into relevant, personalised outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and early-stage sales conversations
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
