We're a growing startup in the B2B coffee industry, supplying cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, distributors, and retailers across India. If you're looking to start your career in a niche FMCG segment with real learning and growth opportunities, we'd love to connect.
We're hiring Business Development Executives (Freshers).
What you'll do:
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through Calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online research
• Follow up with potential customers and schedule meetings
• Manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and the sales pipeline in our CRM
• Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and retailers
• Learn B2B sales, CRM, negotiation, and customer relationship management
Who we're looking for:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM software
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and the drive to build a career in sales
📍 Location: Near Laxmi Nagar Metro, Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000/month + Performance Incentives
