Job Description
Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Interior Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential interior sales and client relationship management, with the ability to coordinate closely with design and execution teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Interior Sales team in handling customer enquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handovers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior sales (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of interior materials, BOQs, costing, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with premium residential interior projects.
- Knowledge of the Kerala residential interior market.
