💼 Position: Sales Consultant

✅ Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
