Job SummaryWe’re looking for driven and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our Toyota dealership team. If you can turn conversations into conversions and love cars (or at least love selling them 😄), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with walk-in customers and generate new leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles
- Conduct product presentations and test drives
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Handle documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-first attitude with a presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of cars and automotive trends (bonus points if you're a car nerd)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
