Sales Consultant – Automotive / MotorcycleJob Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our motorcycle dealership in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a passion for motorcycles, and an interest in automotive sales.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining motorcycle models and features, coordinating test rides, and converting leads into successful sales while achieving showroom targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and understand their motorcycle preferences and requirements.
- Explain motorcycle models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate customer test rides safely.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable recommendations based on their needs and budget.
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
- Stay updated on motorcycle products, competitors, market trends, and financing options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer purchase and delivery experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.

- Basic technical understanding of two-wheelers.
