About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit and manage 3 to 5 campus ambassadors across 3 to 5 target Bangalore colleges.
2. Personally counsel and close leads from ambassadors, campus sessions, and referrals.
3. Run on-ground activities, info sessions, fest booths, notice board campaigns.
4. Approach college training & placement officers and coordinators for session and partnership access.
5. Track weekly numbers and report against monthly targets.
6. Flag what's working on the ground directly to the founder.
Other requirements:
1. Comfortable with a 3-month contract structured as monthly performance incentives + a lump-sum bonus on full completion.
2. No fixed monthly stipend, please only apply if this works for you.
3. Confident public speaker, comfortable addressing 30-50 students.
4. Own a two wheeler/vehicle for city travel.
Additional Information:
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 lump sum
Incentive pay: ₹ 30,000 - 75,000 lump sum
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 450000 to 600000/year
