Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate / Sales Executive role based in Kakori. The role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions related to kids and baby care. The Sales Associate / Executive will handle daily sales activities, including product demonstrations, order processing, billing, and supporting customers through the entire buying journey. Responsibilities also include maintaining store displays and inventory standards, tracking sales targets, and sharing customer feedback with the team to improve overall service. The role requires close collaboration with store management and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience and consistent store performance.
Qualifications
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with parents and families.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in retail, e-commerce, or related domains, and comfort working toward targets.
- Basic product knowledge and interest in kids and baby products, with a willingness to learn and stay updated about new offerings.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English and local language, with clear, respectful, and effective interaction.
- Organization and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, maintain store standards, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; familiarity with online ordering or omnichannel retail is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kakori, including flexible hours, weekends, and peak seasons as required.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or commerce is an asset.
