TechyPrint is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing printing business.

Sales Associate – Printing Solutions
📍 Location: Kolkata / Field-based
💼 Type: Commission-Based
💰 Compensation: Performance-Based Commission
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals and field outreach
- Connect with corporates, startups, schools, colleges, event organizers, restaurants, retailers and local businesses
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly report sales progress
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with new clients
- Sales/business development mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Knowledge of printing, marketing or corporate gifting is an advantage
💰 Commission Structure
Your earnings are directly linked to the Gross Profit generated from your sales:
₹0 – ₹50,000 Gross Profit → 10% Commission
-> The commission will increase if you cross this milestone/month
