Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Indore. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings, and support them in selecting solutions that meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person and phone-based sales conversations, responding to inquiries, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, after-sales support, and effective resolution of customer issues. The Sales Associate is expected to contribute to achieving sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with team members, and follow established processes and guidelines.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification at the high school level; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
