Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Srinagar. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, present company products and services, and provide accurate information to support purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting in-person meetings or calls, maintaining customer records, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and providing feedback from customers to help improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Solid communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional writing for customer interactions and reporting.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, such as lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
- Comfort with learning and explaining technology and IT-enabled services to customers in a simple, accessible way.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or customer tracking systems).
- Prior experience in retail, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
