**Role Description**
The ** Sales Associate** role at Trinity Gaming is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves identifying and onboarding new brand partners across categories such as lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, personal care, and consumer brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands and agencies, and managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. Responsibilities include presenting Trinity Gaming's influencer marketing solutions, preparing campaign proposals, coordinating with internal influencer and campaign teams, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
The role also involves maintaining an updated sales pipeline, tracking business performance through CRM tools, and staying informed about industry trends, influencer marketing, and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Brand Partnerships.
* Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media agencies, or creator economy is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Experience in preparing proposals, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
