Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at MaxSpace Realty. The Sales Associate will support clients through the full real estate cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting virtual property consultations. Daily activities include managing client communications, preparing and presenting property information, coordinating online showings, and assisting with offers, negotiations, and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-quality client experience.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.

- Prior experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field is beneficial.
