Sales Associate – Corporate Gifting Partnerships
Premium & Luxury Products
Company We Care Society (wecaresociety.co.in)
Location Vijayanagar, Bengaluru
Work Mode Work from Office (with regular field visits to partners)
Experience 2–4 years in the corporate gifting industry
Employment Type Full-time
About Us
We Care Society (WCS) is a Bengaluru-based organisation that makes and supplies premium and luxury gifting products. We sell through corporate gifting companies, gift curators and hamper specialists, who put our products into gifting programmes for their corporate clients. Many of our products are made with rural women’s self-help groups and artisan communities. That gives our partners a gift with quality, craft and a real social impact story behind it.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to build and grow our network of corporate gifting companies. You’ll find the right gifting firms, make WCS their preferred supplier of premium and luxury products, and keep orders coming back. You’ll be the main contact for these partners. That covers onboarding and catalogue pitches, pricing and samples, bulk orders, and delivery follow-up. You won’t be selling to end corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Partner acquisition
Find corporate gifting companies, gift curators, hamper makers, promotional merchandise firms and gifting platforms, mainly in Bengaluru and later across India.
Pitch the WCS premium and luxury range through meetings, presentations, product demos and sample kits.
Onboard new partners: pricing agreements, trade terms, catalogue access and product training.
Relationship management
Build long-term, trusted relationships with owners, buyers and procurement leads at gifting companies.
Become the go-to supplier for their premium gifting needs through regular visits, calls and new product launches.
Plan with partners ahead of peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, year-end, festive and event gifting) so WCS products make it into their offers.
Help partners sell to their own clients with product stories, visuals, spec sheets and the social impact story.
Sales and order management
Share quotations, trade and volume pricing, and custom options such as branding, personalised packaging and curated sets.
Negotiate margins, minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms within company guidelines.
Follow up on orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, and handle any partner issues.
Follow up on payments and collections, working with accounts.
Market insight and reporting
Keep partner and pipeline records up to date in the CRM, and send weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track premium gifting trends, competing suppliers, prices and partner feedback. Share what you learn so we can develop new products and packaging.
Meet or beat monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales targets.
Required Qualifications
A degree is not mandatory. What matters is your experience and a proven sales record.
2–4 years of B2B sales experience in the corporate gifting industry, ideally on the supplier or manufacturer side, selling to gifting companies, distributors or resellers.
A good network among corporate gifting companies and vendors in Bengaluru.
Knowledge of premium and luxury gifting categories, trade pricing and margins, customisation and packaging.
A proven record of meeting targets and handling large-volume seasonal orders.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English. Kannada and/or Hindi preferred.
Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace and a CRM tool.
Preferred Skills
Experience with handcrafted, artisanal, sustainable or luxury lifestyle products.
A good eye for product presentation and premium packaging.
Able to handle many partner accounts at once under tight festive deadlines.
Interest in social enterprise and the impact behind the product.
What We Offer
Competitive fixed salary plus performance incentives.
The chance to build a partner channel for a premium product range with a social impact story.
A friendly, collaborative office in Vijayanagar.
Growth into key account or channel sales lead roles.
