Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Fashion Consultant will conduct client consultations to understand style preferences, body type, and occasion requirements, and recommend appropriate garments and accessories. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through fabric and design selections, coordinating fittings, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end styling experience. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, presenting outfit combinations, and offering personalized styling tips to enhance each client’s wardrobe. The Fashion Consultant will also support in-store visual presentation, collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, and provide attentive, professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of fabrics, fits, and custom-made menswear.
- Demonstrated experience in Fashion Consulting and personal styling for diverse customer needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction with clients.
- Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach and attention to detail in every consultation.
- Sales skills, including the ability to recommend outfits confidently and support store revenue goals.
- Awareness of current fashion trends and classic menswear styling principles.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with a retail and tailoring team.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, bespoke tailoring, or styling is preferred; formal training in fashion, design, or a related field is an advantage.
