Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, understand their hygiene product needs, present suitable product options, and support them through the purchasing process. Daily activities include visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, preparing basic quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with the operations team on orders and deliveries, and gathering market feedback to support sales planning. The Sales Associate is expected to contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting the company’s brand in the local market.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, product presentation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits in Hyderabad, and manage time effectively across multiple accounts.
- Comfort with maintaining sales records and using basic office or CRM tools to document interactions and orders.
- Prior experience in sales, FMCG, or hygiene/paper products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn product features and industry trends, and to collaborate with colleagues across functions.
