Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Assistant will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections across categories such as marbles, granites, tiles, bath ware, and other decor materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing detailed product information, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and order processing. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for stock checks, display upkeep, and basic showroom merchandising to ensure an appealing and organized environment. The Sales Assistant will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport and support customers throughout their buying journey.
- Clear and confident communication skills for explaining product features, pricing, and options to a diverse customer base.
- Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to assist in closing deals and meeting showroom sales goals.
- Good organization skills to manage inquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge or interest in home decor, building materials, or interior design is advantageous.
- Proficiency with common office and point-of-sale software for billing and record-keeping.
- Ability to stand and move around the showroom for extended periods and support visual merchandising as needed.
- Prior experience in retail sales, showroom assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
