About Apprenticeship :
Com Olho is looking for 3 ambitious Sales Apprentices who want to learn how B2B sales actually works - by doing it.
This is not a month of shadowing meetings or making presentations that nobody uses. You will work alongside the Com Olho team on real prospects, real conversations and real business opportunities.
Over the course of one intensive month, apprentices will be evaluated on their ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, understand customer problems, take ownership and contribute to the sales process.
At the end of the apprenticeship, one apprentice will be offered an opportunity to join Com Olho full-time, based on overall performance, skill alignment and culture fit.
About Work :
- Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
- Understand Com Olho’s cybersecurity offerings and customer use cases
- Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and calls
- Craft personalised sales outreach and follow-ups
- Participate in discovery calls and customer conversations
- Learn how to qualify opportunities and understand customer requirements
- Maintain sales activity and pipeline information
- Experiment with messaging, outreach strategies and sales approaches
- Work closely with the founders and core team on live sales opportunities
