Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Ajmer and focuses on driving sales growth and brand visibility for Prabhuji Pure Food. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors and retail partners, and executing local sales and promotional activities. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular sales reports and insights to management. Day-to-day responsibilities include customer engagement, product presentations, training retail staff on product features, and ensuring that merchandising and branding standards are consistently maintained in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and consumers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage territories, and optimize channel performance.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide and support field teams, retail staff, and channel partners.
- Relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably in food or confectionery products.
- Ability to analyze market data, plan promotional activities, and work toward measurable sales goals.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to travel within the region, and readiness to work on-site in Ajmer.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
