About Us: GoFloat Technologies Private Limited is a fast-growing defence startup developing advanced underwater drones, marine safety systems and AI-powered solutions across three verticals: Defence Engineering, Life Saving Appliances, and AI Solutions.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a motivated candidate to drive awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for
our underwater products of all our three verticals. You will craft marketing strategies, manage
client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tactics to target key markets and drive product
adoption.
• Lead Generation: Identify and convert B2B prospects through cold calling, digital
marketing, and events.
• Marketing Campaigns: Manage digital presence, create promotional content, and run
campaigns to boost brand awareness.(LinkedIn & Social Media )
• Customer Engagement: Conduct product demos, maintain client relationships, and deliver
excellent service.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
to adjust strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site across the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility to travel to other states in India as required.
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or technical product environments.
- Experience in technology, defense, maritime, or hardware products is an advantage.
Compensation:
- Fixed: Upto 7.2 LPA
- Variable (performance based)
