We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive
📍 Navi Mumbai | On-site | Full-time
Mechano Automation & Systems (brand: ROBUST) has been building fluid power expertise since 2014 — manufacturing AC/DC power packs, valves, and hydraulic manifolds for mobile and industrial applications. We're growing our sales team and looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join us.
What you'll do:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads and converting inquiries into business opportunities
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
- Maintain accurate records in the sales/CRM system
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams on specs, delivery timelines, and customer requirements
- Support sales reporting and campaigns
What we're looking for:
- Strong inside sales experience — handling inquiries and closing opportunities
- Lead generation skills: prospecting, qualifying, pipeline management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in industrial products, hydraulics, or fluid power is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM/sales tracking tools
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
