🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SALES & HR / TEAM MANAGER
We’re looking for a high-energy, confident professional who is excellent at sales calling, client conversion, and team management.
If you can pick up the phone, have meaningful conversations with prospects, close deals, and also manage a team — we want to talk to you.
What you’ll be responsible for:
đź“ž Sales & Client Conversion
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch our services
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into clients
- Maintain strong client relationships
đź‘Ą Team & HR Management
- Manage and coordinate the internal team
- Handle basic HR activities and employee coordination
- Track team performance and productivity
- Help build a disciplined, positive work culture
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication & convincing skills
- Is confident on sales calls
- Has a proven ability to convert leads
- Can take ownership and work independently
- Has leadership/team-handling skills
- Has experience in sales, business development, HR, or team management
