Hiring: Sales & Marketing Interns | 4 Positions | Gurugram
We are looking for 4 motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Gurugram.
This is a 6-month paid internship opportunity designed for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, customer communication and business development.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🏢 Work Mode: On-site only
💼 Position: Sales & Marketing Intern
👥 Openings: 4
⏳ Duration: 6 months
💰 Stipend
- Month 1: ₹5,000
- Months 2–6: ₹7,500 per month
Opportunity After Internship
Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship and meet the company's performance and selection criteria may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity with compensation of up to ₹3 LPA.
Full-time employment is subject to performance, business requirements and the company's selection process and is not guaranteed.
Preferred Candidates
We prefer candidates who are:
- Final-year B.A., B.Com. or BBA students
- Recent graduates interested in Sales & Marketing
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
- Interested in business development and customer interaction
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Gurugram
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn and basic digital tools
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential customer leads
- Conduct market research and prospect identification
- Assist with sales and business development activities
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers
- Support LinkedIn, email and other professional outreach
- Maintain lead and customer information
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Support digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Track leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Participate in campaigns and other assigned marketing activities
