Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the promotion of Perfect Digital HR’s services and engagement with potential and existing clients. This full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad involves assisting with lead generation, making calls, following up with prospects, and helping to maintain client relationships. The intern will participate in sales presentations, support basic customer service activities, and assist in preparing marketing materials and reports. Day-to-day tasks may also include coordinating meetings, gathering market insights, updating CRM or tracking tools, and collaborating with senior team members on outreach campaigns and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management.
- Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities and learn from structured guidance.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort with online tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad on a full-time schedule.
- Candidates should possess or be pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
