Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of GrowEasy🚀 by engaging prospective learners and promoting the company’s programs. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves assisting with lead generation, conducting outreach through calls and messages, and responding to inquiries with timely, accurate information. The intern will help organize and participate in demos or orientation sessions, maintain customer records, and support basic reporting and documentation for sales activities. Daily tasks also include collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, sharing feedback from prospects, and contributing ideas to improve communication and conversion strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and partners.
- Foundational Sales skills, with interest in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Ability to assist in Training-related tasks, such as coordinating sessions and sharing program information.
- Basic understanding or interest in Sales Management concepts, including tracking metrics and maintaining records.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and CRM or spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida.
- Interest in education, product management, and career development programs is an advantage.
