Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching agency services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include planning and executing marketing and sales strategies, coordinating with internal creative and operations teams, and supporting campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The role involves conducting market outreach, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports to management. The executive will also participate in client meetings, events, and brand activation activities to drive revenue growth and strengthen the agency’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present ideas clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in advertising, media, or brand activation is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
