Hiring: RTO & RC Transfer Executive
TSC Finserv Private Limited is looking for an experienced RTO & RC Transfer Executive to manage and coordinate vehicle registration, RC transfer, and related RTO processes across multiple states and cities.
About TSC Finserv:
TSC Finserv Private Limited is an RBI-registered NBFC engaged in vehicle financing, with a focus on used-car dealer financing and consumer financing. As our business continues to expand across multiple locations, we are strengthening our RTO and vehicle documentation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end RC transfer, ownership transfer, hypothecation, and vehicle registration-related processes.
- Coordinate with RTO offices, RTO agents, dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Manage documentation, applications, follow-ups, and status tracking for RC transfer cases.
- Build and maintain a strong network of RTO agents across different states and RTOs.
- Coordinate and follow up on pending applications, documentation gaps, objections, delays, and other RTO-related issues.
- Maintain state-wise and RTO-wise records of all RC transfer cases and their current status.
- Ensure timely completion of RC transfers and other RTO formalities.
- Travel to RTO offices, dealer locations, or other locations wherever required.
- Identify process gaps and help develop a standardized state-wise RTO/RC transfer process for the company.
Locations / Coverage:
The role will be based in Gurugram, with responsibilities covering multiple locations, including:
Delhi NCR | Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore | and other states/cities as required
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in RTO operations, RC transfer, vehicle registration, automobile documentation, or related automotive processes.
- Strong practical knowledge of RTO procedures across multiple states will be preferred.
- Existing relationships/network with RTO agents.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple cases and ensure timely closure.
