RPA Trainer – Capability Building
Can you build RPA talent, not just RPA bots? 🤖
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 2–4 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Note: Java Trainer ready to learn RPA technology & deliver training on it can also apply.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Deliver hands-on RPA training on AutomationEdge and related technologies
• Mentor trainees through practical exercises & projects
• Conduct technical assessments and provide feedback
• Review BRDs, SDDs & automation solutions
• Build training content, demos & learning resources
• Support partner/client training and capability-building initiatives
• Help technical talent become project-ready
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–4 years in RPA / Automation / Software Development
✅ Hands-on experience with any RPA platform
✅ AutomationEdge experience is a plus
✅ Knowledge of APIs, databases & web applications
✅ Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
✅ Passion for training, mentoring & emerging AI/automation technologies
