Robotics & STEM Instructor (Tech Associate) | Rancho Labs
Work Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (Delhi NCR)
Experience: 1–2 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Target Classes: Class 2 to Class 12
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Robotics & STEM Instructor to teach students from Class 2 to 12. You will run hands-on practical sessions that help students understand robotics, electronics, coding, and STEM concepts through real, build-it-yourself projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct Robotics and STEM classes for students from Class 2 to 12.
● Teach concepts through hands-on activities, experiments, and projects.
● Guide students in building and troubleshooting robotics and electronics projects.
● Teach coding using Scratch, block-based platforms, Arduino, and Micro:bit.
● Prepare and execute lesson plans in line with the school curriculum.
● Maintain and manage robotics/STEM kits and classroom equipment.
● Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions, and project showcases.
● Run an engaged, well-managed classroom.
● Coordinate with school teachers and the internal team on class schedules and student progress.
● Maintain records of sessions, projects, and student activity.
Required Skills
● Good working knowledge of robotics, electronics, and STEM concepts.
● Practical familiarity with Arduino, sensors, motors, and microcontrollers.
● Comfort with block-based coding and basic programming.
● Ability to explain technical concepts simply and engagingly to young learners.
● Strong problem-solving and live troubleshooting skills.
● Good communication and classroom management skills.
● Comfortable working with students across the Class 2–12 age range.
Eligibility
● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of relevant teaching or training experience in robotics, STEM, or coding.
● School-based robotics/STEM teaching experience is strongly preferred.
