Role Description The RevOps Strategist (12 Month Contract) is a full-time remote role responsible for aligning revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success to support predictable growth. In this position, the strategist analyzes funnels and revenue performance, identifies bottlenecks, and designs data-driven process improvements and playbooks. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and optimizing workflows within CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring data integrity, and supporting attribution and reporting frameworks. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, standardize handoffs between teams, and recommend technology and tooling enhancements that improve efficiency. The RevOps Strategist will also create documentation, dashboards, and insights that inform leadership decisions and guide operational execution throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Revenue operations and strategy skills, including funnel analysis, process design, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- CRM and RevOps technology skills, such as configuring and optimizing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), managing data quality, and supporting integrations with MarTech tools.
- Analytics and reporting skills, including building dashboards, tracking KPIs, performing quantitative analysis, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Project management and collaboration skills, including stakeholder communication, documentation, timeline management, and the ability to coordinate initiatives across distributed teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, propose scalable solutions, and support change management within fast-moving organizations.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments, with a strong understanding of lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex operational concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
