✅ 3+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops
✅ Strong CRM, forecasting & dashboard expertise
✅ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & analytical skills
✅ Experience in B2B, Professional Services, or Staffing is a plus
